PikoBuy QC: what happens at the warehouse
After the seller sends your purchase to the PikoBuy warehouse, the official shopping guide describes check-in, photo confirmation and a defect check. Save the product listing, order number and selected colour, size and quantity so that you have a reference when the item arrives. The catalog on this site is a dated export; warehouse photos are available here only if supplied by the source.
How to review quality control photos
Compare the item and quantity with your order, then look at the front and back, seams, stitching, prints, zips and visible marks. For shoes, compare both sides and the sole; for clothing, inspect labels and fastenings. Lighting, camera angles and folds can hide details or change the appearance of colour, so avoid judging from one image alone.
Measurements, extra views and problems
Compare available measurements with the seller’s size chart or a garment that fits you. If a relevant angle or dimension is missing, ask PikoBuy whether an additional photo or measurement is available and confirm the price. If something appears wrong, contact support with the order number, specific concern and photos before submitting the parcel; ask about return eligibility, deadlines and any charges.
What QC cannot guarantee
A warehouse photo can show visible condition, but it cannot prove authenticity, materials, fit or long-term durability. Inspection is not a substitute for checking seller information and the current order terms. Do not assume a missing QC image means an item passed or failed inspection; check your PikoBuy order or ask support.
